How much do your services cost?
Our property management program costs 5% Plus hst per month. Fees are deducted from the monthly rental income along with any required maintenance.
When do I get my rental payments?
You can expect your rent to be deposited into your account on the first business day of the month or when rent is due from your tenant. Turnkey Property Management will notify you electronically if your tenant is going to be late with rent. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be visible in your account.
What if my tenant doesn’t pay rent?
This is a major worry for every owner. It is important that you maintain a float in your account for such occurrences. Very seldom will you be faced with the issue of a Turnkey Property Management tenant not paying rent, but sometimes tenants can be late, or simply forget. Our team will ensure a rapid eviction, and will recuperate your losses plus any incurred expenses in the event that rent is not received. You will be informed every step of the way while we resolve matters.
